Since the late 1980’s, Dawn Frasier's passion for tiki art has inspired her
to create a vast and vibrant body of artwork. Dawn's unique expression of
tiki is influenced by her active study of traditional Pacific art forms, and an
obsession with mid-century modern design, as well as her extensive
travels in the South Pacific .
In addition to her prolific studio work, over the years Dawn has designed
and manufactured party favors, decorated homes and created award-
winning art cars.
Her paintings have been presented in numerous group tiki shows
throughout the US and abroad, and published in 'Taboo The Art of Tiki',
and 'Tiki Art Now Volume 3'.
A 20-year resident of Seattle, Dawn is currently designing a vintage style
aloha fabric line, and preparing ‘Tapa Designs of the Pacific', her copyright-
free design book, for publication in 2011.
